Returns

We understand that it can be difficult to choose the perfect size for a growing baby, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy. If you receive a gift in a size you already have or if your baby grows more than expected, you can request a return for either a refund or store credit as long as the garment has not been washed or used, has its original tags, is not on sale, and has not been customized. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we approve your return, you'll receive a return shipping label and a guide on the return procedure. Please ensure your item is sent back within 15 days of receiving this label. Note: Returns without prior authorization or those shipped after the 15-day deadline cannot be accepted.

A $7 handling fee will be applied to all returns and will be deducted from your refund during the return processing. Additionally, please note that the initial shipping cost, which covered the safe delivery of your order to your doorstep, cannot be refunded.

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

International Purchases

Once shipped, Almudena can't offer a return or exchange for international purchases.
