The present Privacy Policy describes the policies and procedures regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information that Almudena, Inc (“Almudena”) receives from users (“You”) of our website at www.almudenababy.com (the “Site”).

This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us or provide Almudena with access to through this Site. This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on the Site. You are advised to consult this policy regularly for any changes.

This policy refers to the terms "using" and "processing" information, referring to using cookies on a computer, subjecting the information to statistical or other analysis, and using or handling information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, evaluating, modifying, deleting, using, combining, disclosing and transferring information within our company or among our affiliates within the United States or internationally.

By accessing the Site, you precisely consent to the collection, use, disclosure and storage of your information and other information received by us as a result of such use in accordance with this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy or the Terms, you should immediately cease using or visiting the Site.

Collection and Usage of Information: Our main purposes in collecting information are to provide and improve our Site, Services, Features, and Content, to administer your use of the Site, and to enable users to have an easy and enjoyable experience while navigating through the Site (collectively, the "Service").

Personally Identifiable Information: We will ask you for personally identifiable information every time you register with Almudena through the Site, when you join Almudena’s mailing list or when you make a purchase via the Site. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Information"). Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and postal address. If you choose to make a purchase via the Site, our third-party payment processor service providers may also collect billing information such as your credit card number or billing address. We use the Personal Information you provide mainly to provide the Service, process your transactions, and administer your inquiries.

If you choose to access additional functionality of the Site, you may be required to create an account for your use of the Service ("Account"). You may create an Account directly via the Site or by logging into your account with certain third-party social networking sites ("SNS") (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) via our Service. If you decide to create an Account by logging into an SNS via our Service, we will obtain the Personal Information you have provided to the SNS (such as your "real" name, profile picture, email address, and other information you make publicly available via the applicable SNS) from the account you have with such SNS and use that information to create your Account. The information we obtain may depend on the privacy settings you have with the SNS. When you create an Account, you will become a "Member" of the Service. Also, we collect the other information that you provide as part of account registration and your use of the Service (e.g., without limitation, zip code (on its own), and individual preferences) ("Non-Identifying Information"). We use your Personal Information (in some cases, in conjunction with your Non- Identifying Information) mainly to provide the Service, complete your transactions, and administer your inquiries.
We also use your Personal Information to contact you with marketing and promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. If at any moment, you decide that you no longer wish to receive such communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications or contact us at contact@almudenababy.com adding "Privacy" to the beginning of the subject line of the email.
If Certain Non-Identifying Information were combined with other identifiers (for example, combining your zip code with your street address) in a way that allows you to be identified, it would be considered a part of your Personal Information. Nonetheless, the same pieces of information are considered Non-Identifying Information when they are taken alone or combined only with other Non-Identifying Information. We may combine your Personal Information with Non-Identifying Information and aggregate it with information collected from other Almudena Users (defined below) to attempt to provide you with a better experience, enhance the value and quality of the Service and evaluate and understand how our Site and Service are used. We may also use the combined information without aggregating it to serve you specifically, for instance, to deliver a product to you according to your preferences or restrictions.
As established in the Terms, Almudena only allows the usage of the Service and the Site to people older than 18 years. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at contact@almudenababy.com adding "Privacy" to the beginning of the subject line of the email. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.

Cookies usage and other tracking technology for collecting information

Almudena and our third-party partners automatically collect certain types of usage information. We usually collect this information through different tracking technologies, including cookies, web beacons, Flash cookies (locally stored objects), embedded scripts, location-identifying technologies, and similar technology (collectively, “tracking technologies”).

These tracking technologies collect the following information:

• On how you use the Service. Examples of this are the links you click, the pages you view, and other actions you take on the Service.
• About your browser and online usage patterns. Examples of this are IP address, pages viewed, browser language, browser type, referring/exit pages,
and URLs, whether you opened an email, or links clicked.
• About the device(s) you use to access the Service. Examples of this are device type, mobile device identifier, mobile carrier, model and manufacturer,
mobile device operating system brand, and model.
• About your geographical location data (depending on your mobile device settings): Examples of this are: GPS coordinates like latitude and/or
longitude, similar information regarding your mobile device’s location, or we may be able to approximate a device’s location by analyzing other
information, like an IP address.
• Analytics data or use third-party analytics tools: Examples of this are: Google Analytics to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service and
to understand more about our user demographics. To learn more about Google’s practices at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners and
view its currently available opt-out options at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We may also work with third-party partners to employ
technologies, including the application of statistical modeling tools, which allows us to recognize and contact you across multiple devices.

Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our users, we are unable to respond to Do Not Track signals set by your browser at this time.

We use or may use the data collected through tracking technologies to:

• Remember information so that you don't have to re-enter your data every time you visit the Site.
• Offer you customized information and content that may result more relevant to your interests, including targeted content and advertising.
• Recognize and contact you over multiple devices.
• Provide and monitor our Service’s effectiveness
• Monitor aggregate metrics like the total number of visitors, traffic, usage, and demographic patterns on our Service.
• Diagnose or fix technology problems.
• Understand and enhance our service.

Depending on your mobile device and operating system, you may not be able to delete or block all cookies. You can also set your email set up to prevent the automatic downloading of images that may contain technologies that would allow us to know whether you have accessed the email we sent you and performed certain functions with it.

Most browsers will allow you not to accept cookies if that is what you would prefer. For doing this you can:
• Set your browser to automatically reject cookies.
• Disable existing cookies.
• Change your browser settings to notify you when you receive a cookie, which lets you choose whether or not to accept it.

All of these actions may negatively impact your experience using the Service, considering some features and services on our Service may not work properly.

Interest-Based Advertising. Almudena participates in interest-based advertising and uses third-party advertising companies to provide you with targeted advertisements based on your browsing history. We may share or we may permit third-party online advertising networks, social media companies, and other third-party services to collect information about your use of the Site over time so that they may play or display ads on our Service, on other devices you may use, and on other websites, apps, or services, including on Facebook. Usually, though not all the time, the information we share is provided via cookies or similar tracking technologies, which recognize the device you are using and gather information, including browser type, click stream information, date and time you visited the Site, and other information. We and our third- party partners use this information to make the advertisements displayed to you online more relevant to your interests, as well as to offer advertising-related services such as reporting, attribution, analytics, and market research. More information about interest-based advertising and how you may opt-out of some of it is available at the resources shared on the Network
Advertising Initiative’s website: www.networkadvertising.org/choices and/or at the Digital
Advertising Alliance’s website: www.aboutads.info/choices.

Social Media Widgets and Advertising. Our Service may include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, Google Plus, LinkedIn, or other widgets. These social media companies may recognize you and collect information about your visit to our Service, and they may set a cookie or use other tracking technologies. Your interactions with those features are governed by the privacy policies of those companies.

We may display targeted advertising to you through social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and others. These companies have interest-based advertising programs, which allow us to direct advertisements to users who either have shown interest in our Service while they are on the social media platform or to groups of other users who share similar traits, like similar commercial interests and demographics. These advertisements are bound to the privacy policies of those social media companies that provide them.

Cross-Device Linking. We, or our third-party partners, may link your different devices so that content you see on one of them can result in relevant advertising on another device. We do this by collecting information about each device you use when you are logged in to our Service. We may also work with third-party partners who use tracking technologies or the application of statistical modeling tools to identify if two or more devices are linked to a single user or household. We may share a common account identifier (such user ID or an email address ) with third-party advertising partners to help recognize you across devices. We, and our partners, can use this cross-device linkage to serve interest-based advertising and other personalized content to you across your devices, to perform analytics, and measure the performance of our advertising campaigns. Opting out of receiving interest-based advertising through the NAI’s and DAA’s online resources will only opt-out a user from receiving interest-based ads on that specific browser or device, therefore you must do the opt-out on each browser or device you use. For mobile advertising, you may also be able to limit interest-based advertising through the settings on your mobile device by selecting “opt-out of interest-based ads” (Android) or “limit ad tracking” (iOS). You may also be able to opt-out of some, but not all, interest-based advertising served by mobile ad networks by visiting http://youradchoices.com/appchoices and downloading the mobile AppChoices app.

Some of these opt-outs may not be effective unless your browser is set to accept cookies. If you change your browser settings, switch browsers or computers, delete cookies, or use another operating system, you will need to opt out again.

Google Analytics and Advertising. We use Google Analytics to recognize you and link the devices you use when you visit our Site or Service on your browser or mobile device, log in to your account on our Service, or else engage with us. We share a unique identifier, like a user ID or hashed email address, with Google to facilitate the service. Google Analytics allows us to better understand how our users interact with our Service and to customize our advertisements and content for you. If you want to learn more about the way Google Analytics collects and processes data, and how you can control the information sent to Google, check Google's site “How Google uses data when you use our partners’ sites or apps” located at www.google.com/ policies/privacy/partners/. You can also learn about Google Analytics currently available opt- outs, including the Google Analytics Browser Ad-On here https://tools.google.com/dlpage/ gaoptout/.

We may also use certain forms of display advertising and other advanced features through Google Analytics, such as Google Display Network Impression Reporting, Remarketing with Google Analytics, the DoubleClick Campaign Manager Integration, and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. These features enable us to use first-party cookies (like the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (like the DoubleClick advertising cookie) or other third-party cookies together to inform, optimize, and display ads based on your past visits to the Service. You may control your advertising preferences or opt-out of certain Google advertising products by visiting the Google Ads Preferences Manager, currently available at https://google.com/ads/preferences, or by vising NAI’s online resources at http:// www.networkadvertising.org/choices.
