Love is always within reach, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy and a 7-day free size exchange. You can request either of these as long as the garments are unworn, unwashed, have their original tags, and are not on sale or customized. Please note, items purchased with a promo code of 20% or greater are final sale (no returns, no exchanges). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@almudenababy.com. Once we approve your return, you'll receive a return shipping label and a guide on the return procedure. Please ensure your item is sent back within 15 days of receiving this label.
Note: Returns without prior authorization or those shipped after the 15-day deadline cannot be accepted.
A $7 handling fee will be applied to all returns and will be deducted from your refund during the return processing. If you choose to get store credit, the return shipping fee will be waived. Additionally, please note that the initial shipping cost, which covered the safe delivery of your order to your doorstep, cannot be refunded.
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund or store credit has been approved. If approved, your store credit will be sent to you within 24 hours, or your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@almudenababy.com .

Once shipped, Almudena Baby cannot offer a return or exchange for international purchases.
