If you don't love your purchase we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy and a 7-day free size exchange.

You can request either as long as the garments are unworn, unwashed, have their original tags, and are not on sale or customized. Items purchased with a promo code of 20% or greater are final sale (no returns, no exchanges).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Start a Return / Exchange

1. Contact us at contact@almudenababy.com, and provide the following details:

- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange

- Reason(s) for the return/exchange

- Your request (size exchange, general exchange, store credit, or refund)

2. Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and a guide on the return procedure.

3. Please ensure your item is sent back within 15 days of receiving the label.

Notes:

- Returns without prior authorization or those shipped after the 15-day deadline cannot be accepted.

- A $7 handling fee will be applied to all returns and deducted from your refund.

- A $10 exchange fee covers back-and-forth postage for all exchanges and will be charged in a separate invoice.

- The initial shipping cost to deliver your order cannot be refunded.

- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately — we’ll make it right.

Refunds

1. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund or store credit has been approved.

2. If approved, your store credit will be sent to you within 24 hours, or your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@almudenababy.com .
